In this tutorial, I will show you how to create WhatsApp automation by setting up a WhatsApp bot using the official WhatsApp Cloud API. This API is available for anyone looking to automate conversations between their business and customers. To get started, you'll need to register as a Meta developer on Facebook by visiting developers.facebook.com/apps.
Once there, click "Create App," select "Business," and enter your app name, contact email, and business account details. After creating your app, navigate to the dashboard, scroll down to WhatsApp, and click "Setup." Follow the prompts to configure your webhook and connect your phone number for WhatsApp automation.
Finally, you can begin testing your WhatsApp bot and automating your customer interactions.
