In this tutorial, I'll demonstrate how to train your bot to effectively understand and respond to user messages. There are two primary methods for training your bot:

1. Short Keywords:

   • Short keywords are brief phrases that aren't necessarily related to your business.

   • Examples include common greetings like "hello," "hi," "how are you," "good morning," etc.

   • It's important to only use short, concise phrases as keywords. Avoid using long sentences as short keywords.
