To send a WhatsApp broadcast, first, create your broadcast flow. Then, go to the broadcast section to send it. Keep in mind that using a WhatsApp template message allows you to reach all your contacts, including those outside the 24-hour window.

However, with a normal WhatsApp flow, you can only contact those within the 24-hour window.
